Thriving Single in a World Geared for Families

This week I'm back at Willow Creek Community Church to lead a three-week class on Thriving Single in a World Geared for Families. If you're in the Chicago area and in the single demographic, I hope you'll consider joining us!

This class is running concurrent with the Family Series at Willow right now. This past weekend senior pastor Bill Hybels preached on dating. Check out what he had to say:

Your blog

I love you! I miss Christian Single and your articles and was very disappointed when you weren't in the current issue of Home Life. Please direct me to your blog ~ I would love to read it. Thank you!!

Glad to have stumbled onto your blog

I've always enjoyed your column at CT and am so pleased to see have stumbled onto your blog. Blessings, Jannette

Best wishes

I want to wish a Happy Singles Awareness Day to Camerin and my fellow singles.

Glad you are still writing...

Hello Camerin, I received the CW singles email today, just in time for the Valentine's weekend. As I read the intro, I was reminded once again that I miss your column (I know they are are trying to pick up where you were forced to lay off, but...). So thanks to google I've found you and glad to see that you are still writing. It would appear that our lives have more in common these days as we navigate the "un's" of life (unmarried, unemployed, un-childed, and un-20). I'm buried in snow in PA so I won't be attending your sessions at Willow, but glad to hear these discussions are being had in the church. I've started my own work around the topic of singleness. I would welcome your critique, but completely understand if that isn't possible. Thanks for your honest writing!

Thanks for the interest,

Thanks for the interest, Jenny. You can pop over to my Speaking page to watch. It's the first of the two classes listed. Hope you enjoy!

Amen! I've been longing for

Amen! I've been longing for someone to talk on this topic - will it be available online for those living outside the US? I'd be willing to pay. All the best
